Biographie :

Nathalie has over 25 years of experience advising international industrial groups.
She is Renault Deputy General Counsel (Directeur Juridique Adjoint) in charge of Partnerships and M&A for the whole Group (JVs and Renault subsidiaries worldwide), and is also supervising all legal issues related to the Electric Vehicle, Mobility Developments and contracts of the Alliance Purchase Organization (incl. distressed suppliers).
She was until mid 2018 Adisseo\'s Group General Counsel & Secretary General (previously Rhone Poulenc Aventis Animal Nutrition) and a member of its Management Committee (Codir) where she had executive responsibilities such as legal affairs, capital markets (Adisseo is the 1st international company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange since October 2015) and business strategy for major projects of the Group.

She started her carrier as Legal Counsel at the Muller Group in France then moved to Canada where she worked for the toy manufacturer Ritvik Megabloks and the National Bank of Canada.
Back to France, and prior to joining Adisseo, Nathalie was for 8 years the International Legal Director of the Saunier Duval Group, specialized in the heating and renewables energies.

Nathalie gives also lectures in Common Law and Chinese Law at EDHEC Business School (Msc Legal and Tax Management - Lille) and is a board member of the following not for profit associations : Cercle des Dirigeants d’Entreprises Franco-Québecois and Cercle Montesquieu.

Nathalie received her International law degree from Paris 2 Panthéon Assas University and completed her LLM at McGill University in Canada. She obtained her IFA certificate in 2017.
