Biographie :

25 years ago, I started my career leaving a research and teaching career in economics and sociology for more action and personal impact but also utterly convinced by the social and political role of enterprises.
Since then...
I have regularly evolved towards new challenges, most often stimulated by my own curiosity, meetings with inspiring people and ambitious business projects, and also by the opportunity to kick and shape roles.
In all my responsibilities, from consultant to Chief Transformation Officer, Chief People Officer or Board Member, my red thread is to think and manage human, cultural and organizational challenges with a holistic perspective, a deep care for individuals & teams and an in-depth strategic focus.
I am said to be a highly articulated, \"out-of-the-box\" and persuasive team leader and status quo challenger ; Also able to inspire across all levels in the organization and to act with courage, solution-oriented and do-er mindset.
I am a strong believer in “people first”, purpose-driven enterprise project and positive impact businesses.
Over the very last years and still today, I am particularly proud to serve in R&D, innovation, engineering and start-up environments taking part to scaling solutions to address energy transition.
