In its practical guidebook entitled Artificial Intelligence Systems and Boards, IFA's Foresight and Research Committee tackles one of the major scientific and technological evolutions impacting boards of directors: Artificial Intelligence Systems (AIS).

This guidebook is the outcome of 24 interviews, an extensive review of the latest scientific literature, and an online survey conducted among IFA members. It also includes insights from test researches carried out in June 2023 with the assistance of generative AIS, led by a working group of governance practitioners of the Foresight and Research Committee.
